  • Inspect the thermostat to determine if it is reading the temperature of your home correctly. If it isn’t, they will help you to recalibrate it.
  • Check the condenser and evaporator coils to make sure they are unobstructed, clean, and able to release and absorb heat.
  • Clean and lubricate fan motors to relieve mechanical stress and help extend their life.
  • Double-check the refrigerant levels to ensure there isn’t a leak.
  • Check and tighten all electric connections.
  • Clean/Empty the drain pan so it isn’t at risk of overflowing.
